Morning Stroll
Drypoint Etching

I've had this idea in my head for a long time. To do a picec where my dog was literally walking me. I just thought it would be a funny image and I feel it's pretty successful because everytime I look at this piece I laugh.

Hey Merle, Howdy Hank
Line Etching on Rives Bfk

These buddy ol' pals are etchings. Each head is on it's own zinc plate. I had fun printing these goobers in different ways. I imagined these two guys are good friends that enjoy harrasing each other non-stop.

Steady Rolling
Pen and ink on bristol paper
5" x 7"
I'm working on a series of motorcycle themed pieces right now. I'm doing this series because I love motorcycles and biker culture. This is one of the first pieces in this series. I plan to make at least 10 pieces using a variety of mediums and styles including a motorcycle tank and helmet.

Comprende
Watercolor and Ink
5" x 7"
I really enjoy making these abstract pieces. I start out with the watercolor shape and then there is a mental conversation that begins. Once the conversation is over, the piece is complete

Here's an editorial illustration I did for a school project at CSULB. The article focuses on professioinal baseball players and how they are overly pammpered and put on a pedstal. In this piece I tried to communicate that this full grown professional ball player is really just a big kid. Handrawn linework and digitally colored.
