The newlyweds
Watercolor on bristol paper on wood panel

Hullabaloo, Hurly-Burly, & Native Creep
Acrylic on wood
These three, along with the "Newlyweds" above, I made for a one night art show at The Attic, a great restaurant here in Long Beach. Had a amazing time at the event. Lots of rad people came out, good vibes were a plenty, and great drinks equals for one hell of a time! Thanks to all of you who came out and showed support!

I drew this fella for Lord Windsor Roasters here in Long Beach!! Best damn coffee around hands up and down! They're going to start bottling iced coffee and asked if I could draw something up for the label. So this is what I came up with. Funny thing is it kind of looks like me. I unconsciously drew myself I guess. hahaha I drew this with micron pens on bristol paper.

Yeah!!! Just finished this baby up. At the moment it's untitled and I told my lady, Jayme, to come up with a title for this piece. I made the canvas from old wood flooring scraps. I used acrylic and paper to do this piece. I want to do something a little abstract and different from what I normally do. It's approximately 17" x 17" in size. Thanks for looking ya CREEP!!!

Cactus Hat
Handmade wood stake canvas sanded, stained, and clear coated. Painted with acrylic and 1shot enamel
I did a drawing almost identical to this first and loved it sooo much I had to do a painting of it.

You might recognize this one.
Crawling Peter Fish
Pen on coffee stained bristol paper pasted to wood.
I had to revamp it by making it a little more solid and permanent by pasting it to this piece of wood. It's going up on the wall.

Reddy Killowatt

Did this painting of Reddy Kilowatt  for my pops for Father's day. This is an old ad campaign/ logo that was created by the Alabama Power Company to promote the new technology (electricity) in 1926. My dad always liked this little guy so I painted him exactly how he is but a had to add a little creep into him by having him skating along on a lightening bolt skateboard. I painted this with acrylic and sanded the background to give it that old timey feel.  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Reddy_Kilowatt

This is by far my favorite Harley Davidson logo. I did this with watercolor and india ink on bristol paper.  4"x 6" I feel free when I'm riding my motorcycle. My mind is at ease and it always brings a smile to my face. Ride like the wind!!

Life size self portrait!! Probably one of the biggest pieces I've ever done. I used black india ink on brown paper. This is approximately 5ft x 7ft in size. I had to tape this to my living room wall to do it. This is my final project for my anatomy for the artist class.

"Asphalt Flyer"
Ink and gouache on watercolor paper
11"x 15"
This is a piece about my love for motorcycles. There's nothing like riding a motor sickle I tell ya. It's an unexplainable feeling. It's very similar to the feeling I get when I'm skateboarding. Well I guess it's an urge inside of me that longs to be free and feel the cool crisp air on my road grime caked face. Flying across the asphalt with no barrier between me and the natural world. Listening to the loud roar that escapes this iron horse I straddle with the twist of my wrist. All worries and stresses erased from my mind. Just a clear mind, an open road, and one hell of a good time. Cheers

Here we have a couple of busts of Beethoven and Bach I painted for a coworker of mine. I guess his father had these for years and he passed them down to Jeff, my fellow coworker. He wanted to jazz them up a bit and add some character to them. They were both a poopy creamy yellow color and I went a little CREEPY on them. They're made of plaster and soaked up the paint very nicely. I sprayed a clear coat over them after I was all done to seal them up. Both are painted with gouache.
